Documentary filmmaking offers a chance to dive deep into complex stories.
Our interest in the interdependencies between communities and their environment led us to produce short and long-form documentaries.
We spend time on the ground, building trust with the people we film so that their voices shape the narrative.
From remote villages to urban scenes, we seek to capture the subtle ways in which landscapes, traditions and daily life influence one another.

We are a small, independent team, and we follow each film from beginning to end. We take the time to understand before we film, we let things unfold in front of the camera, and we keep the edit in our own hands.
Weeks or months of relationship-building before a camera ever rolls. Trust is earned, not assumed.
We film what is happening, not what we ask to happen. We never stage scenes that would not happen on their own.
We handle almost all of the post-production ourselves, from the edit to the final grade. Keeping a hand on every step keeps the film honest and true to the people in it.
We work with a small number of institutional partners each year, such as foundations, NGOs and cultural organisations, on commissioned documentary films that align with our approach and values.
Get in touchMuseums, foundations and cultural institutions commissioning documentary work that tells the stories behind their missions.
Organisations working on conservation, cultural heritage or human rights who need films that communicate with nuance and humanity.
Magazines and media commissioning original documentary series with full editorial independence for the filmmaker.
Schools and universities licensing films for classroom use, with accompanying educational materials where appropriate.
New expeditions before they are announced, field notes and photo stories. A few emails a year, never more.
